Labor Arbitration Services, Inc., was founded in 1979.  We provide the highest quality advocacy training class available to prepare labor relations professionals, human resource professionals, union representatives, labor/management attorneys and others who participate in the grievance process to be skilled advocates in the art of labor arbitration.  We have now trained over 3,000 labor arbitration advocates from throughout North America.  Some of the largest employers and unions regularly rely upon us to train their in-house arbitration advocates thereby saving countless dollars by not paying for outside services.

Attendees from both management and labor find our courses to be truly exceptional due to the limited enrollment, small group teaching environment, and highly experienced instructors and arbitrators.  Our teaching method is the “how to” approach combined with the rare opportunity to experience the challenge of actually presenting a case.

Legal training is not required to take our courses.  We begin with the basics and take you through the entire process of labor arbitration advocacy.  The Basic course has been approved by the Florida Bar for 36.5 General C.L.E.R. Credits which is recognized by many states for out-of-state C.L.E. credit.
