Vicki Peterson Cohen – B.S and J.D., Western Michigan University, J.D. Thomas Cooley Law School. Arbitrator, Clearwater, Florida. Member of the Michigan and Illinois bars. She is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, and serves on the arbitration panels of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, American Arbitration Service, and numerous permanent panels of labor/management arbitration.
William H. Holley, Jr – Arbitrator/Educator, Auburn, Alabama. Professor or Management, College of Business, Auburn University (ret.). Member, NAA (past President) and IRRA. Homer Larue – Arbitrator/Mediator/Educator, Columbia, Maryland. Professor, Howard University School of Law and a member of the bars of NY and MD. Member NAA and serves on the arbitration panels of the AAA, FMCS, NYC, OCB, NJ PERC, NY PERB, DC PERB, and on numerous public and private sector panels. Martin Malin – Arbitrator/Mediator, Educator, Chicago, Illinois. Professor of Law, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. member NAA, IRRA, AALS, AND ABA. He serves on the arbitration panels of AAA, FMCS, IL MCS, IA PERB, WERC, and many other panels in both the private and public sectors. Dennis R. Nolan – Arbitrator/Mediator, Columbia, South Carolina. Professor, University of South Carolina School of law (ret.) where he held the Webster Chair in Labor Law.
