CARY R. SINGLETARY B.S., M.C.S., J.D. Director, Labor Arbitration Services, Inc., Member of the
Florida Bar. Former Chair, Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar. His previous law practice
included public and private sector labor law. His experience included negotiating collective bargaining
agreements, grievance arbitration advocacy, and employment litigation. Also, he served as Distinguished
Professorial Lecturer at Stetson College of Law where he taught labor law, arbitration, and mediation. He is a
Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator, and Federally Certified Mediator
(U.S. District Ct., Middle District of Florida.) He serves as a full-time arbitrator and mediator based in Tampa, Florida.

Gregory AHearing  B.A., J.D., Partner- Thompson, Sizemore,  Gonzalez & Hearing, P.A., Tampa, FL.- Mr. Hearing is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, U.S. District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.  He is Past-Chair of the Executive Council of the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar and he is Board Certified in both Labor and Employment Law and Civil Trial by The Florida Bar, Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  He is past Chair of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners and a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker and trainer at national and regional programs on labor and employment advocacy and trial skills.  He devotes a substantial amount of his professional time to being an advocate in labor arbitration.

Robert A Shearer- B.A., M.Ed., J.D., Former Professor of Management, University of South Alabama. Mr. Shearer is a member of the Florida and Virginia Bars, the Labor Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.  He has served as an advocate in labor arbitration cases and is a frequent writer, speaker and trainer at national and regional programs on the subjects of arbitration, mediation, conflict management, principled negotiation, partnering and dispute resolution.

Robert J. Sniffen – B.A., J.D., Sniffen and Spellman Law Firm, P.A., Tallahassee Florida.  Mr. Sniffen is a member of the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts, U.S. Court of Appeal, Eleventh Circuit.  He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar (past chair).  He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar, Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  He limits his practice to labor and employment law including labor arbitration advocacy.  He is a frequent speaker and trainer in labor law programs.

Thomas W. Young III-Member of the Florida Bar and the Labor and Employment Law Section. Fellow, College of
Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is a Special Master for interest-based arbitration between Florida government employers and unions. His experience includes serving as a hearing officer for unfair labor practices for the
Florida Public Employees Relations Commission and as general counsel for a large organization. He is a full-time arbitrator based in Port Charlotte, Florida.
